At times, you may not have the option to click the 'Revoke' button for a particular app
There are two main reasons the Revoke option may not be available for an application:
1) The license has been provisioned on a trial basis. During trials, the Revoke option is not available. Once the license converts from a trial to a paid license, the Revoke App feature is enabled.
2) The application is enabled domain-wide from the Admin level.
While most apps can be revoked some that are Organization-wide installed can not be if they are only installed exclusively by the Admin of the organization.
If there are other individual users with this version of the app installed, then the option to revoke would be made available.
