A checklist of what to look for if there are any issues with a Webex Authorization
Make sure that the integration user is a Webex user with 'Compliance Officer' and 'Full Administrator' privileges and that Events API is turned on. In the event that these pre-requisites are met and you still see an error message like the following:
Make sure that Global Access is also turned on for the user in the Webex Control Hub from their Settings tab:
Some customers' Webex environments may have 'Global Access' turned off in order for them to control who does have integration access through Individual Access
NOTE: 'Global Access' is suggested, but not a requirement.
