How to create a user account for an external user

Cloudlock accounts for external users cannot be created from within the Cloudlock UI. If you would like to create a Cloudlock account for a user outside of your domain (external user), you can do so by submitting a request to the Cloudlock support team at [e-mail]

Note: Please be sure to submit the user's email address and user role as it is required.
