Guide to Managing Varying Access Scopes in Multi-User App Authorizations

Issue

When multiple users authorize the same application, depending on their usage of the app, they may encounter additional access scopes they need to authorize.

Cause

Because all applications are indexed by app ID, the app details will display a collection of all access scopes authorized by users in your org. For example, if 10 users authorize an app and 9 of them accept one access scope and the last user accepts 7 access scopes (including the one the other users accepted) then the app details will show 7 access scopes for the app.
