Google OUs not picked up by Cloudlock

Some Google OUs not appearing as options in Monitoring Scope/Policy?

If you are running into an issue where few of your OUs/Groups/Users do not show up as a option to be selected in the Monitoring Scope/Policy criteria within the Cloudlock console, then it is likely that you are running into one of the below issues:

• OUs/Groups/Users were created within the Google Admin console less than 2 days prior: Cloudlock runs the full organizational profile scan every 48 hours to identify any new/edited users, groups, and OUs. Our recommendation is to add these entities after 48 hours from they are created on the Google side.

• If it has been more than 48 hours since the OUs/Groups/Users were created: Cloudlock would only display the first 10 OUs in the search bar. However you should be able to add the OUs by typing their names. Please try adding the OUs by typing it here in the search field.
