External Google Exposure

Cisco Cloudlock identifies external Google sharing by three different exposure settings:

• Public on the web - Anyone on the Internet can find and access. No sign-in required.
• Public with link - Anyone who has the link can access. No sign-in required.
• Shared with an external user - Any user who is not in the G Suite organization that the file belongs to. (ie: the user belongs to a domain that is not managed in your Google environment.)
