Incidents that will not let you view documents
This article describes the reasons for running into the below error when you click on View Object of an Incident:
This error has been known to appear for one of the following reasons:
- When the document itself was deleted after the incident was generated
- Cloudlock Integration user's Superadmin role has not been deprecated in the last few days
- If there was a change of ownership of the file after the incident was generated.
To check for change of ownership, navigate to the Incident Summary and click on the name of the file (in blue). That should take you to the Asset Details view, which is a live-pull of the metadata of the file. Once you are in Asset Details page, click on the Activity tab to view the results.
