Expected response times for Cloudlock-Webex Teams incident detection and response actions
The timings below are typical for the Cisco Cloudlock solution for Webex Teams. Please note that these are typical timings, and do not form a formal service level agreement. Cisco is always happy to work with customers should detection or response action times fall short of expectations.
- Time to detect an incident is within 1 minute, but can rise to 5-10 minutes in abnormal system load situations.
- Time to trigger a message deletion is very similar to time to detect, with typically no more than 1 minute added.
- Time to send a user/administrator notification email depends on the Organization's preferences as per documentation here.
