Webex Teams Space and External Users

Does Cloudlock monitor Webex Teams Spaces that contain external users?

Scenario 1:

Space created by an internal user, with external users added

If the Space has been created by Internal account(meaning space is monitored by internal account), Cloudlock has the authority to monitor the space and will return all the events (from external account as well). Hence, policy violation from both internal/external users in this space will generate incidents.

Scenario 2:

Space created by an external user, with internal users added

If a space has been created from the external account(meaning space is monitored by external account), Cloudlock will only be able to monitor those messages/file upload changes that are created/uploaded by the Internal account(s) that are members of the covered organization in the space.

Changes from any external account(s) in this space will not be monitored by Cloudlock due to limitations in external Webex spaces.
