Having issues with Slack Admin/User Notifications not completing the response action workflow
If incidents are getting generated for Slack, however you are facing issues with Response Actions not kicking in (show as "Pending" within the Incident’s "Response Actions" tab), it is possible that the Cloudlock-Slack Integration was not done properly:
The reason would most likely be that the Slack Bot is missing in your environment, which is the reason why the Slack Direct Message response actions would not be working as expected.
The bot integration would ideally been presented at the time of Authorization and it maybe that that the Steps 8,9 outlined below were missed.

In this scenario, we recommend that you re-authorize your Slack for Enterprise-Cloudlock integration and follow all the steps listed above.
