Is it possible to search for Applications in Apps tab by applying a filter?
App ID is not searchable by applying a filter. However there is a workaround:
Whenever there is an App update released, there might be a new app ID for the Application as described in our article: Some apps listed multiple times. Sometimes the end user might report that the App is being blocked. However, if the App doesn't appear in CloudLock Apps tab and all you have is App ID to search for, then you could try the below workaround:
- Go to Apps tab
- Clear all the filters
- Add a User filter
- Add a Detection Date. Probably you can choose Last 7 Days or add in a Custom Range. This would narrow down the search results
- Now click on Export App List on the right, which would download a CSV of the current search results
- You can search for the App ID you are looking for in the CSV and the corresponding App Name
- Now that you have the App name, you can apply the App Name filter to find in CloudLock Apps tab
