Which end users receive email notifications from a Team Drive Incident?
If an incident is raised for a document residing within Team Drive, Cloudlock will email up to 5 members of the Team Drive that have "Full" or "Edit" access in the order they were first added to the Team Drive.
There are five different roles in Team Drive and this will apply to those with the top two "Manager" roles. These are the "Manager" and "Content Manager" roles. If there are not enough "Managers" for this to be applied to, then the following "Content Managers" will have the rules applied to next.
Users with "Full" access take priority over those with "Edit". If there are no users with "Full" or "Edit" access on the Team Drive, the email notification will not be sent.
