How To Configure Restricted Apps?

How to set up a Restricted App from a Banned App and the process to add monitored users to it.

Configuring a Restricted App:

1. In the Apps Tab, filter the Classification of apps to "Banned."
2. Find the app you are looking to add a user to and click on it.
3. Click on "Classify App" in the upper right-hand corner.  You will select "Banned" but once you add specific users to be monitored the app will re-classify itself to Restricted.
4. You can either add specific users who should not have access (the monitored section on top) or specific users who are exempt from the app being banned (the exception section on the bottom).

Adding Users to a Restricted App:

1. In the Apps Tab, filter the Classification of apps to "Restricted."
2. Find the app you are looking to add a user to and click on it.
3. Click on "Classify App" in the upper right-hand corner and choose Banned and the reason for banning. (The app is already Banned/Restricted but this is the pathway to add more users).
4. The next window should show the list of users in the upper box that you already have restricted. You can add the other users there that you wish to also be restricted.
