Viewing Collaborators On Search Exports

How to view the collaborators associated with a file from a Search export in Cisco Cloudlock?

At this time, Search functionality within the product is capable of exporting a list of files owned by an internal user of the organization but the returned values will not explicitly display the collaborators associated with each file.

Searching for files owned by a user will produce a list that once exported, will contain the following information:

id
mime_type
asset_type
name
owner
creation_date
modification_date
link_sharing
collaboration
total_collaborators
total_external_collaborators
top_level_groups
has_incidents

The export will not define the collaborators attached to a document but will denote if the file currently has collaborators (internal & external).

In order to view what collaborators are associated with any given file, you will need to access the file link within Cisco Cloudlock Search results directly and view the "Users & Permissions" section of that page.
