How to add users exceptions to a Banned App?

How to add user(s) exceptions to a previously banned App in Apps Firewall?

To modify the list of users for which the app is restricted:

• Click into the app and select Classify App
• Select Banned, and the applicable reason
• Click Next

This next page of the App Classification window is where you can modify the exceptions to the Ban. If you select exceptions and list your users in the lower box, you're essentially saying "this app is trusted for these users and all other users are subject to app revocation".

If you are looking to modify several apps at once, simply select them in the Apps tab and click Bulk Action and select Classify Selected Apps. From here you can follow the same process as outlined above. 

This will effectively change the app classification to "Restricted".
