Are All Cells in A Spreadsheet Scanned?

Does Cisco Cloudlock scan ALL the cells within a spreadsheet / Google Sheet? Are there any limitations?

In the case of spreadsheet files, Cisco Cloudlock examines the first 1,000 rows and 100 columns, with a maximum of 100,000 total cells in a single spreadsheet document (increased from 10,000 cells). 

Note:

Empty cells still count and cannot be skipped in calculating the total amount based on the fact that they still hold a database value regardless (ie. NULL).
